Career Highlights
After earning his bachelor's degree from Queen's College in New York, Andy moved to California and founded AK Financial Group in 1976. Since then, Andy has been actively pursuing his vision of building a financial services firm that meets the full spectrum of his clients' financial planning needs.

Andy has held leadership positions in a number of non-profit organizations in California and Colorado. He is an active snowboarder and is married with 3 children.

Myra Brennan - Director of Operations

Life Agent and Notary Public

Myra has been with AK Financial Group since 1994. Prior to joining AKFG she worked in the commercial loan business for 10 years. Myra is originally from Waterford, Ireland and in her spare time she adjudicates Irish dancing competitions.

Kara Czap - Operations Manager

Kara is a graduate of the University of California Irvine, and has been working with AK Financial Group since 1999. Kara coordinates the operations and inspections of all the satellite rep offices.

Chris Tontz - Operations Assistant

Series 7 held through LPL Financial

After completing his undergraduate work at UC Irvine in 1995, Chris went on to play professional tennis from 1995-2000. Upon completion of his pro tennis career he went back to UC Irvine to obtain his MBA. Chris has been working at AK Financial since 2003.
